FAQ

    WILD TEMPLE QUESTIONS:

▼ What is a Wild Temple?

Our temple-without-walls is a weekly outdoor gathering inviting a deeper relationship with yourself, with likeminded others, with nature, and ‘something’ larger that connects us all. It’s about honouring of Divine presence, respecting nature as a whole and remembering our 'wild' souls. We seek to encounter the sacred in the wild and create a beloved community re-connected with the Earth.

▼ Who is welcome at the Wild Temples?

We are a diverse, inclusive and inter-spiritual community. All are welcome and respected (this goes both ways!) at our gatherings. We strive to be diverse, multicultural, multigenerational and accessible to people of all walks of life.

We wholeheartedly welcome people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Wild Temples is for: Everyone. You are welcome whether you are Christian, Pagan or of any other faith. Maybe you are questioning your faith, in recovery from wounds inflicted by religious trauma, simultaneously receiving nourishment from other faith traditions, or simply on your journey.

Some of us also have a church and this is our supplement. Some of us are just severely concerned about our world. Some of us feel isolated, alone in our concerns. Most of us long for a supportive community of like-minded people. And all of us are seeking to find a deeper connection with ourselves, each other, nature and the 'Divine' whether we name it that or not.

Children are welcome to explore the space and participate as much or little as they desire. Wild Temples is open to all. Bring a friend, a partner. Wear your babies, console your toddlers, hold space with your teens. And bring a chair with you for your elders. We will all learn from, with, and for each other.

So, EVERYONE is welcome as long as they welcome and respect others too.

▼ Can I invite my family or friends?

We invite you to 'Be like a Bee'. We are all like bees pollinating the flowers... Growing our community is all word of mouth. You tell your story and invite your family and friends by sharing what you found helpful and why you spend time at the Wild Temples. We usually invite those that we know who need to be nourished, fed, excited or inspired! So, the answer is Yes! Feel free to invite anyone you like. Everyone is welcome as long as they welcome and respect others too.

▼ Can I bring my kids?

To us it's important that ALL are welcome, and we all get a chance to connect on a deeper level. If they're up for it kids can actively take part in the start and ending of the SpiRitual. Our gatherings are informal and relaxed, and children are free to participate to the extent that they wish.

During the middle part of the SpiRitual they are invited to have fun in the Wild Child Club. During these 40 minutes of the Wild Child Club the kids are being guided by some of their own parents, who in their turn are guided by one of the priestesses. She will offer the parents a simple program which can include crafts, games, stories and songs that connect children to the beauty of Nature and its unique gifts. Four-years-old and up seem to really engage, and all ages are welcome. Just being outdoors and playing can be part of the ceremony too.

The Wild Child Club is available during our gatherings for any kids who have reserved their Wild Child Club tickets in advance to the gathering. To make it all work we need at least a three-day notice to plan appropriately, and one guiding parent per 5 kids. Let's do this, together!

!Note: Parents and/or caregivers are and stay responsible for their own children and their safety during the whole gathering including the Wild Child Club.

▼ Can I bring my dog?

We welcome calm and well-behaved dogs at Wild Temple gatherings. When your dog gets bored or keeps barking, you can always leave the ceremony for a walk and join back in when he/she feels better. Please be mindful of others who may be scared or uneasy with dogs. For insurance liability reasons, it is required that dogs be kept on a leash at all times.

If you intend to bring your four-legged friend, please be sure the location we meet is dog friendly. Some of the places where we meet prohibit dogs. Check with us about the specific details for a given location.

One last thing: after the ceremony, when we have our Potluck Picnic and are sitting on our picnic blankets with lots of yummie food... Remember that dogs will find it hard to resist!
So, bring a snack for them too, and make sure they will not steal ours ;-)

    ▼ What to expect?

    Time:
We gather at 9.30 on a parking lot or other designated spot (find it in your confirmation email). At 10.00 you’re invited to go ‘Wandering’ (a relaxing walk through nature to center yourself before the ceremony starts), or join the drumming circle if there is one. The ceremony starts at 10.30. Around 12.00, after the ceremony has ended, it’s time for our Potluck Picnic with time of fellowship and food. We clean everything up and leave the place better and more beautiful than we arrived, and go home around 13.00.

    Ceremony:
Our gatherings look like a casual, family-friendly ceremony that includes several interactive activities. Because every Wild Temple is organised by different priestesses, the ceremonies in the North, East, South and West Temples always look different in terms of content. Next to that, Each SpiRitual or Ceremony is designed to match the time of year and is aligned to the sun and the moon. This also makes every ceremony different than the one before. Yet there are parts that usually come back in every ceremony, and still these ‘usual suspects’ can also be filled in various ways. This makes each and every gathering of the Wild Temples fresh, exciting and unique.

Some of the usual activities during the ceremonies are:

-Creating a sacred circle together while we engage all our senses
-Tune into place: acknowledge creatures, directions, elements, earth, sky, sun and moon
-Honour ancestors + the children yet to be born
    -Tune into time and season
-Reading of ancient or modern wisdom, short teaching or guided meditation
-Contemplative activity: 30 minutes to connect with nature and the Great Mystery
-A moment of silence, healing and remembrance for people (or animals) in our hearts
-Fun interactive activity, like a game, dance or folk craft-making
-Gifting: an invitation to share a story, song, dance or show a piece of art with everyone
-Closing ritual with shared gratitude, blessings and setting intentions for the month ahead

Each gathering is designed with the intention to eliminate the pressure to participate in things that may make someone feel uncomfortable, such as speaking, singing, offering, or even interacting with others. Know that you are welcome to participate, but are always free not to do so and just watch or go on a short walk until you feel ready to return.

So, join us monthly (or weekly) as we gather in sacred circle to explore a deeper connection to earth and each other. You can expect deep conversation, healing, teachings, meditation, opportunities for reflection, hiking, good food, laughter, & practices of relationship building with the Sacred Wild.

Our rituals and conversations draw from earth based wisdom traditions, other faith traditions, earth sciences and the landscape herself, while also respecting the voice of divine spirit within you & you own heart.

▼ What is a Potluck Picnic?

The Potluck is a Picnic where each person brings one or more (mostly homemade) dishes to share. We don't coordinate who brings what, the element of luck determines the variety of snacks. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, make enough for yourself and 3 others. That way everyone surely will have enough!

Remember to bring your own plate, cutlery, cup and picnic blanket to sit on.

Tip: add a note with the name of your dish and the label: meat, fish, vegan, vegetarian, lactose or gluten free.

    ▼ What is 'Wandering'?

Wandering is a special Little Ritual you can do anytime and anywhere you like. It's a 'Wilderness Walk', kinda like a walking meditation but different. It's designed to open our eyes, our ears, and our hearts to the wisdom around us.

In your VIP GoodyBag you'll find a beautifully designed card with instructions to guide you. And on the backside we put some Reflection Questions, one for each month to ponder on if your mind needs something to focus on while you're roaming through nature.

▼ What is 'Gifting' or 'BYOB'?

At Wild Temples our ceremonies and SpiRituals are "co-creatives" unfolding, which means that our get-togethers are relaxed, loose and interactive. Our priestesses create an outline with lots of room for guests to actively be part of the ceremonies if they're up for it. Some people like to just experience and observe, and that's totally okay! You are always invited to participate as our community is made up of volunteers but will never be asked to do anything that will make you feel uncomfortable.

Each SpiRitual we share a time of reflection around a topic or theme of the month - and sometimes we invite YOU to share your 'Gift' with us and Bring Your Own Beauty. That beauty includes your own wild soul, of course, but it could also include any creative expression that arises as you spend time time in the wild world throughout the month. It might be a poem, a sketch or painting, a journal entry, a song or dance, knitting or other craftwork, a nice photo you took or you could play the guitar for us! It might even be something that moved you deeply that was created by someone else! You name it.

Each person is invited to share the gift of their expression as they feel inspired to. In this way we honour, sense and listen to how the spirit of the place wants to moves through each of us. We honour spontaneity and surrender our seriousness to the art of play! So we practice paying attention to the way that Earth speaks, sings, and whispers to us. This is not about performance nor will it ever be a striving for perfection. This is quite simply playful co-creation. The importance of community is to be reminded that we don't need to be perfect. We're all here on this earth to learn and notice how in nature the most beautiful parts are not perfect at all.

Creativity and Wild Temples are all about stepping outside the box. And it isn’t necessary to bring something with you. If all you have to offer is yourself you are the perfect “beauty” to bring!

    ▼ Are there online gatherings?

Wild Temples is ALL about going outside and deeply connect with nature. So, our priorities will always be on making that possible.

Under specific circumstances (like the Covid pandemic or extreme weather conditions) we could decide to offer our SpiRitual online. If so our Virtual Wild Temples will be offered on Zoom and the outline will be much like our gatherings with opening acknowledgements, fun and deep activities around the theme of the month, a short inspiring story, probably some music you can dance on in your living room, a grateful celebration of life and a closing blessing.

We hope this will encourage you to continue feeding your wild soul through a connection with the natural world. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be informed on where and when we meet. If a gathering is changed to be virtual on short notice, we will use the telephone number you shared when reserving your ticket.

    ▼ What are Sun Ceremonies?

At Wild Temples Netherlands we gather each SUNday. The first Sunday of the month in the North, the second in the East, the third in the South and the fourth Sunday in the West of our beautiful country. Each gathering has a theme which reflects the effects of the sun (like temperature and length of the day) on our surroundings. We call our gatherings on regular Sundays 'SpiRituals', on these days we start the ceremony after the Wandering at 10.30.

Then there are those specials moments in the Sun-Year, the seasonal festivals. Wild Temples is inspired by the 'Wheel of the Year', because it's so universal and inviting for anyone to playfully explore the way nature and its beings are intertwined. Together we move at natures pace and engage in meaningful practices, storytelling and little rituals that ground us in the presence.

We celebrate the 'Sun Festivals' roughly every six weeks on Sundays falling closest to the Quarter & Cross Quarter Days. In your VIP GoodyBag you'll find more information and a beautifully designed deck of 8 cards with information on each of these special celebrations.

    ▼ What are Moon Ceremonies?

Next to the Sun, the Moon also influences life on Earth, think of the tides, moonlight and circalunar rhythms. We typically have 12 full moons each year. However, roughly every two and a half years a 13th full moon is seen. This moon is referred to as a ‘blue moon’. In many traditions around the world the other full moons have names and a theme too. Each SpiRitual we inspire our program on this theme and align the energy to the phase of the current moon.

Besides that, Wild Temples also offers 12 moon ceremonies each year to the women of our community. While the men and children get to picnic a bit longer and have some time for games or a nice hike after the SpiRitual, the women are once a month invited to join the priestesses for a special Moon Ceremony. This includes a ritual Tea Ceremony, a deep Sharing Circle, MoonCrafting or other activities and some yummie snacks to nibble on. 'Cause what would women do without chocolate, right?

While our SpiRituals and Sun Ceremonies are free to attend, we need to charge €12 for our Moon Ceremonies so we can purchase all necessities. When you are a 'Wildling', there are 12 Moon Ceremonies included in your membership. So in that case you're free to attend! In The Wildling Library you will (amongst other things) find an online course on the 13 moons and the moon phases.

    SPIRITUAL QUESTIONS:

    ▼ Are you a church?

Wild Temples is NOT a building for public (specifically Christian) worship. We are called 'Wild' Temples because we gather outside in a natural environment AND we do not adhere to fixed or established (religious) customs.

We are a community committed to supporting each other and life around us as we seek to deepen our connection to ourselves, Nature and that sacred 'Something' which connects it all. We offer SpiRituals and Ceremonies inspired by nature and informed by other spiritual traditions that help to ground us in the sacredness in each moment. In that sense we are like a church. However in some ways we are unlike most churches. We have no buildings, denomination, hierarchy, fixed formal liturgy or creeds, and do NOT believe that we are the only true religion. Most especially, we aspire to embrace diversity in all its forms.

▼ Is this a Christian group?

No, we are a diverse, inclusive and inter-spiritual community. All are welcome and respected (this goes both ways!) at our gatherings. We strive to be diverse, multicultural, multigenerational and accessible to people of all walks of life.

We welcome everyone, no matter your faith background or experience with spirituality. We're not focused on dogma or doctrine, but on experiencing the divine yourself. And we aspire to create moments in which all have a chance to encounter the 'The Great Mystery' as we gather.

So, EVERYONE is welcome as long as they welcome and respect others too.

    ▼ What do you believe?

Nothing. Instead of taking someone’s word for it, we invite people to experience ‘The Great Mystery’ for themselves. We have found nature a good place to do so.

We recognise the sacred in all of nature, and in ourselves, as part of it. So, we open our eyes, ears and hearts to all elements in nature; earth, air, fire, water and all beings are our sacred texts... Their teaching matters. As a community, we have chosen to center our life together on shared values and not a set of specific beliefs. We approach our gatherings from an inter-spiritual perspective:

    * We honour that the Sacred goes by many names: the Divine, Source, All-One, God, Goddess, Wisdom, Brahma, Buddha, Yahweh, Allah, Abba, Gaia, Mother, or Spirit – and by no name at all. As it is so hard for us humans to catch the fullness of the Sacred, we like to call it the ‘Great Mystery’.

    * We feel that the Great Mystery is actively present and creating within, around and beyond all; that we are invited into co-creation; and that nature is one path to deepening our connection to the divine.

    * We also experience in our daily life and our spiritual practices that all life is interconnected and that there can be no wellbeing for one without wellbeing for all.

    * We experience that there is an underlying Sacredness in the universe that calls us to love, compassion and diversity in unity.

    * We strongly feel that one’s spiritual journey is both shared and unique; thus our experiences (and even beliefs) may differ even as we find support and compassion in journeying together. Sharing our experiences (and beliefs) is meant to inspire others on their own quest to their truth, never to convince or convert.

    ▼ What is Eco-Spirituality?

Eco-spirituality invites us to remember that we are nature. We don't live on the land, we live with it. We can be in direct relationship with the elements and creatures with whom we share our homes - a relationship of respect and love. Additionally, the Great Mystery infuses and animates all of nature, so when we connect with nature, we connect with the Great Mystery.

We defend what we love. So this kind of spirituality leads us to climate action that is committed, long-lasting and grounded in a loving relationship with the planet. Our ancestors knew this. Come to remember and deepen your way of knowing.

▼ How do we take care of nature?

At Wild Temples we think it's super important to follow the 7 'Leave No Trace Principles'. Although it has its roots in backcountry settings, the Principles are adaptable so that they can be applied anywhere — from remote wilderness areas, to local parks and even in your own backyard. In your VIP GoodyBag you'll find a clear infographic explaining you more about the principles, but here you have them in short:

1 When you visit: Plan ahead and prepare
2 Travel and stay on durable surfaces
    3 Dispose of waste properly
    4 Leave what you find

    5 Minimise campfire impacts
      (be careful with fires)
    6 Respect wildlife
7 Be considerate of other visitors

As Wild Temples we have 1 principle to add:
8 Always leave a place better than you found it

    Next to this,
1 we regularly organise 'Nature Cleanup Parties',
2 ask you to bring a trash bag to return your waste after the Potluck Picnic back home,

3 and ask you to please, please, please carpool. Parking is often limited, it’s better for Earth, and you get to meet amazing people! Offer to carpool on our Facebook page.

▼ How do you pray or meditate?

At Wild Temples we don't have a set or fixed way of doing anything, so the same goes for prayers or meditations. We invite you to find the way which best suit you and your experience of the Sacred. The meditations, prayers, wishes or expressions of gratitude we offer vary each time. Just try them if you like, and if they feel right you're naturally free to keep practicing that way.

▼ What is 'The Wild Church Network'?

The Wild Temples is an independent community started in The Netherlands, we do not have affiliations with any church or other religious groups. The Wild Temples is a proud member of the Wild Church Network though.

The Wild Church Network is a community of spiritual groups across North America and Europe who are seeking to move from isolation to connection; from detachment to immersion; from dualism to integration. They are representing a wide variety of religions and interfaith, (eco-)spirituality, celtic, pagan and atheist groups who organise gatherings outside, in parks and forests, in gardens and on farms, in order to re-acquaint, re-cover, and re-member our gatherings as loving participants of a larger community.

For them a Wild Church is not simply a pretty location for a “regular, indoor” worship service. The move outside is a move toward the sacred indwelling of All that Is. It is a decision to develop spiritual practices that expand our communities beyond people of different colours and cultures to beyond people altogether. Click here for more information on The Wild Church Network.

▼ What Wild Temples is NOT...

Wild Temples is NOT a worship service. It is NOT Christian, or Jewish or Islamic. It does NOT practice any religion or follow any liturgy or dogma, and yet it always aims for the heart of spiritual matters.

A Wild Temple is NOT always led by the same person. Each temple is being served by three trained priestesses who guide the SpiRitual or ceremony, but invite attendees to participate in ritual, introduce or present a topic or heart-message in the safety of the community circle.

A Wild Temples SpiRitual is NOT merely a social gathering, and yet it provides a place and time for all to get to know each other at a deeper, more rewarding level. Afterwards, there is a Potluck Picnic to eat and socialise together.

Finally, a SpiRitual is NOT what you imagine, That’s because every SpiRitual offers something new and interesting. Perhaps that’s why our ‘Wildlings’-community is growing to include more people, young & old and from every walk of life.

    PRACTICAL QUESTIONS:

▼ When and where do you gather?

At Wild Temples Netherlands we gather each Sunday. The first Sunday of the month in the North, the second in the East, the third in the South and the fourth Sunday in the West of our beautiful country. If there is a specific place where you would like us to meet, invite us there.

You can also check our calendar for meeting dates and times. We decide on a location about three weeks before each gathering and let people know on social media and through our Weekly Wild Newsletter. Locations change monthly, so it is important to check the info on your ticket and to reserve your ticket in advance.

▼ Do you meet all year round?

Yes! We meet every month of the year. And yes, even in winter in The Netherlands. Our intention is to meet in and enjoy all types of weather, unless the weather conditions pose a safety threat (like a lightning storm).

In the event of active lightning and/or severe weather in or approaching the area, we may delay until a storm passes, shorten the ceremony, or we may cancel that week. An initial call will be made by 8 AM - if a delay or cancellation is called for an email will be sent out to everyone who made a reservation, a notice will be posted on our Facebook page, and in case it's really short notice we use the telephone number you provided at making your reservation.

    ▼ What if it rains?

Then we get wet. We only cancel a SpiRitual or ceremony when the weather conditions pose a safety threat (like a lightning storm). We are often surprised by how often the skies clear on a rainy day.

And then of course there is that famous Scottish saying: "There's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing." So, put on your raincoat and several layers to keep warm, cause the Wild Temples are on. Rain or shine! And remember, hot chocolate, herbal tea and yummy snacks are a regular part of our winter gatherings!

(At the moment we're saving up for a rainproof popup tent to keep bags, drums and Picnic goodies dry. So you know now, where all that donation money is going towards! 💗🙏🏽💗)

    ▼ What to wear?

What do people wear? You might wonder. You will see a little bit of everything, from the most casual to a little more dressy. Some of us are happy in jeans & a sweater, others like those flowy colorful dresses. We welcome barefoot people and high heeled. To us, it really doesn't matter what you wear, it's what's on the inside that counts!

What does matter when you're choosing your clothes, is the weather. It has been said: "There's no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing." When considering how to dress when coming to the Wild Temples, simply dress for the weather conditions. Dressing in layers, wearing work/hiking boots, and bringing gloves & warm blankies... or sunglasses & summer-hats are all helpful hints to make sure you stay comfortable. Make sure your footwear is appropriate for rain, snow, ice, or mud, depending on the season.

Our gatherings are informal so please dress the way that makes you feel happy or beautiful. To us, it's most important that you feel comfortable. You are welcome just as you are.

    ▼ What to bring?

When you reserve your ticket you will receive a information email with a list of things to bring for that specific gathering. The list can change a bit due to the weather or theme of that month.

Here are a few of the things people usually bring with them:

    Clothing:
    - Make sure you wear weather appropriate clothing in which you feel most comfortable and happy. 'Cause this is when you look your best!
    - Bless yourself with good walking boots, they will keep your feet warm and dry while you're roaming the woods.
    - Put on a nice comfy coat to keep you warm and dry. If you don't like cold hands you'll love gloves!
    - Check the weather, in case it rains you can bring a rain poncho or umbrella.

    Food & drinks:
    - Bring yourself a refillable water bottle (it's very hip & happening AND also good for the Earth!).
    - Remember to bring a Picnic blanket to sit on.
    - Your favourite (homemade) snacks, dish or drink to share during the Potluck Picnic.
    - Bring your own plate, utensils and napkin.
    - Also bring a cup to pour your drink in, sometimes we serve hot chocolate milk!
    - We want to leave the place more beautiful than we found it, so bring a trash bag to return leftovers and garbage back home.

    Ticket(s):
    - You can show us your ticket(s) on your phone so we can scan them when you arrive. (Please don't print the ticket(s) on paper, let's save some trees!)

▼ What level of mobility is required?

We will be meeting outdoors on natural terrain and the paths to our meeting place are often uneven. However some of the locations where we meet are wheelchair accessible. Each and every attendee assumes responsibility for their own safety and wellbeing, but we will try our best to support you in any way we can. Contact us for more information.

    ▼ What about Covid?

The past years we have been living in the turbulent times that the COVID-19 Pandemic has brought us. Not taken illness into account, most people found it hardest that we couldn't spend quality time together (in groups). Exactly this connecting in a sacred way with ourselves, likeminded people, and nature is so important to us at the Wild Temples. This is why we will always do our best to keep meetings going as long as (safely) possible. When specific health measures are set by the government, we will inform people about this on the ticket page of each gathering.

▼ What if I need to go to the toilet?

We will be meeting outdoors on natural terrain, so not every location has a (public) toilet you can visit. Try to go at home or at a restaurant in the area before coming to us.

In most places in The Netherlands it's not allowed to pee in public, most of the times this does not apply to nature. (Check for yourself to. make sure!) So, if you -or your child- really can't hold it any longer make sure others can't see you. Bring your own toilet paper and don't leave it behind. Bring it back to dispose of it at home. Make sure you don't bother others.

▼ Can anyone take photos and videos?

Anyone is allowed to take photos or videos of themselves and of nature. When you want to take a photo/video of other people ask them for permission first.

We (or a professional photographer hired by us) will take photos and videos during some Wild Temples gatherings. This material can be used for public publications, if you don't want to be in these pictures or videos make sure you notify the photographer. We will make it easy for you to stay out of the frame.

After each gathering, all people present will receive an email with a link to the Wild Temples Library where all photos taken will be shown to participants only. You can indicate before a specified date which photos -in which you appear- you want to be removed. After that date, all participants are free to download photos for their own private use.

After that date we also consider the photos and videos as freely usable for our PR expressions. Naturally, we treat all images with respect and care.

▼ Where can I find taken photos or videos?

After each gathering, all people present will receive an email with a link to the Wild Temples Library where all photos taken will be shown to participants only.

You can indicate before a specified date which photos -in which you appear- you want to be removed. After that date, all participants are free to download photos for their own private use.

After that date we also consider the photos and videos as freely usable for our PR expressions. Naturally, we treat all images with respect and care.

    FINANCIAL QUESTIONS:

▼ How much does it cost to come?

    Nothing.
There is no charge for attending a Wild Temples SpiRitual or SunCeremony. Donations are welcome to cover cost of supplies and we're saving for a pop-up tent to put over the potluck food when it rains. Simply donate what you can afford. There are several ways to donate:
    1. When you make a ticket reservation there is an option to donate.
    2. Go to our donation page over here.
    3. When you're at one of our gatherings there is a little donations box on the altar or go to one of the priestesses for a 'Tikkie' to pay online.

Giving is always a personal decision and you will never be pressured. We offer our gatherings for free as we think it's important that anyone can attend.

The investment for our MoonCeremonies is €12 (to cover expenses and save for investments we want to make for the Wild Temples like a popup tent or to rent an indoor space for special gatherings). When you are a Wildling member these MoonCeremonies are included in your membership and are free of charge.

▼ Is it totally FREE, really?

    Yes, really! 💖

▼ How do Wild Temples make money?

The simple answer is, it doesn’t. Everyone involved in offering leadership or priestessing is a volunteer, giving freely of their time and talents.

We are a non-profit organisation. This means that sponsoring, donations, membership or other sorts of income are being reinvested in keeping Wild Temples up and running. We use it to cover cost of supplies, our website, advertisement, maybe cover costs a priestess had made... and we're saving for a pop-up tent to put over the potluck food when it rains. In the future we hope to have an income stream big enough for us to rent an indoor location for special events or extreme weather conditions.

▼ What if I have another question?

If you’re interested in learning more about the Wild Temples or maybe just wanting to connect with someone from the community over coffee, please fill out a Connect to Wild Temples form and leave it in the Prayer box by the altar. We’d love to meet with you! Thank you for being here.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask or send us an email: [email protected]

    ▼ Do you need volunteers?

Yes, yes, yes! We depend on volunteers. Do you play an instrument or sing? Would you be willing to welcome people and guide them from the parking to our meeting location? Could you bring a hot soup for our Potluck Picnic? Can you organise rides? Are you good at taking photos? Or would you like to help us run our social media? Please use the form on the contact page to let us know how you can help. 💖 🙏🏽 💖

▼ What is the Wildling Membership?

At Wild Temples, people are loved, affirmed and welcomed into a natural 'Wild' lifestyle, whether or not they become a member. Still, becoming a member is one way of demonstrating your support to our work and making it possible for Wild Temples to grow.

But there are many more benefits of becoming a 'Wildling', like being part of an amazing community, getting free or discounted tickets to special gatherings, getting access to an online course on the moons of the year, the monthly 'home kit' for the Wild Child Club, lovely roles to fulfil in our ceremonies and much more! Read more on it on our Wildling-page.

▼ How can I support Wild Temples?

💚 Take good care of nature and support others to do the same.

💙We are also very grateful for any donations or other kinds of support offered to the Wild Temples.

💛 And... The best thing you can do for us is: Telling your friends & family about us and invite them to come too!
